Shipping

All of our bikes and scooters are shipped via FedEx Ground (excluding bikes going to Hawaii, which are shipped via FedEx Air). Once your order has been placed, it typically takes about 1-2 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. You'll receive an automated email confirmation that includes your tracking info when your order leaves our warehouse.

Any special requests or instructions for delivery will need to be confirmed with FedEx. You'll need your tracking number which you'll receive via email once the bike leaves our warehouse.

We do not offer expedited shipping, unfortunately. Any special requests or instructions for delivery will need to be confirmed with FedEx. You can reach them by calling FedEx.

When your bike ships, you will receive an automated email confirmation containing your FedEx tracking information to the email address attached to your order.

If you have multiple packages in your order you may receive only one tracking number. Please note it is possible that not all of the packages will be delivered at the same time and you may see "delivered" even when you have not received all of the packages in your order.

There are some important best practices to follow to ensure long life and safe operation of your fat bike wheels and tires. Electric bikes travel at higher speeds on average compared to regular pedal-only bikes, and they are also heavier in comparison; because of this, users must take care to never abuse our bikes wheelsets.

Avoid traveling over terrain which can damage the tires or wheels.

Ensure tire pressure is adequate to avoid pinch flats and damage from low pressure.

Check tire pressure regularly to ensure proper tire pressure before riding.

You can charge your battery by using the included charger. The charger is rated for both 110V and 220V AC power outlets, so you don't have to worry about adapters.

You should store and charge your batteries in dry locations indoors, and away from direct sunlight, dirt or debris, and metal objects. Always charge the battery in temperatures between 50-80 degrees Fahrenheit and ensure the battery and charger are not damaged before initiating a charge.

If you notice anything unusual while charging, please discontinue charging and use of the bike and contact support@getevry.com for help.

Please refer to your user manual for more information on batteries and charging.
