E-scooter RETURN POLICY
Before a return is sent, the customer must have written approval of said return from EVRY. If a customer sends a return without the written consent of EVRY a refund will not be issued and the customer will have to pay shipping to get the item returned, or, sacrifice the item.
If your approved return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund. Please address your return to:
*Please give us heads up after you send your return by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If possible, please provide a tracking number.
*If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from our Customer Care team, they will be returned to the customer immediately and the customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.
Any and all pre-orders that are canceled prior to shipping are only eligible for a 90% refund of the total order price.
EVRYDROP WATER BOTTLES RETURN POLICY
We hope that you love your EVRYDROP bottle as much as we love it. Our return policy applies only if you bought the EVRYDROP bottle here, you can return it *in unused condition* within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund. We do not credit or refund shipping charges. We recommend using a traceable carrier (like UPS or FedEx), insured for the full value of the return merchandise.
